New path into the forest 🌳 no need to go into sheep 🐑 field to get to the forest. Mitch the old boy doing a demonstration 😉 Some forest 🌳 walks are closed for thinning out 🌲 till end of August.

Had fun at Hawick Museum today, anyone visiting Wauchope cottages from now till 14th July it’s worth a look some great pics by Amanda Hamilton Creations 🖌

Lovely night at the cottages love April & May light nights. But want to show how curious cows 🐄 & calves are. It only takes minutes & there over, seconds if they run or charge ( especially if they see a dog 🐕) so stay safe don’t get too close & never go in fields with them !

Sunrise 🌅 changing every second getting more beautiful

Most people want dry weather whilst on holiday but that’s something we can’t promise only a warm welcome. (So don’t forget your raincoat & dog towels 😉😂)

Best fish 🐟 & chips 🍟 in the Borders, with a great view of the Abbey. There a must when visiting the cottages. Only 20 mins drive 🚗💨😋
