Spewing since Friday night after a kebab from here
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered 2 suppers for delivery, nearly 2 hours later and 4 phone calls later, we were still waiting so we cancelled the order. We were constantly told the driver was 'on the way'. When we called the final time we had told the driver had left with our meal. When we said we wanted to cancel it, we then heard them tell the driver, in the shop, to hand the order back. Will not be using them again.
Just had fish supper, not good. Fish must have been cooked hours ago and chips about the same. Will not be back.
Good food and friendly staff
Staff are incompetent ! Shame really as the owner and the head staff member are really nice.
After complaining about my wrong deliver twice, yes twice i finally received the right order. However this was delivered by one of the female staff members, and not the delivery driver as an attempted to intimidate me for having the audacity to complain.
I was so in shock that she managed to find my address considering she couldn't get a simple phone order correct, well done in the accomplishment 👏
I don't know why i thought i would get any level of customer service, i should have known that would have been too challenging for her, on top of getting the right order second time round and finding my address.
Poor wee soul must be mentally exhausted, well just put it down to training to support you in your career. If you work on it you may get team leader. 🎉

I ordered a munchie box tonight, it had 2 chicken pokora which was quite dry and rubbery and two onion badges which fell apart when picking them up! The chips and the fritters were ok could of been hotter and I asked for lots of chippy sauce on them and hardly got any sauce, why ask when you don't get it anyway! Anyway the mushroom pakora was cold and soggy. Last but not least the kebab I've never had a kebab never as bad as this on my life it tasted off and was like it was the last bit of kebab from the shop it was badly cut and left a bad taste in my mouth never even eat half of the munchie box as it was that bad and a waste of £10 as it went straight in the bin. This is the first time I've ever had to write a bad review for anywhere as I'm that angry with what I got I had to make a review to warn others not to order from there as this will be the first and last time buying anything from there.
Ordered a chippy last night pizza was horrible chips were also horrible no salt or sauce pizza was also under cooked!
