Wee House Of Glenshee

It has been windy old day up in Glenshee today but the fire has been roaring and we have had plenty of hearty soup, baked potatoes and toasties on the go!
We are open tomorrow (Sun 10th) from 10am - 4pm if you fancy a wee drive up the Glen.
We've plenty of sledges for sale and there is still some snow up at the ski centre.

We will be open this weekend serving a great range of home-baking, homemade soup, toasties, baked potatoes, hot and cold drinks.
If the snow holds we have a good stock of sledges for sale.

If you fancy a wee break in Glenshee over the February holidays there is still some availability at Dalnoid Holiday Cottages and the The Glenshee Treehouses

We are now closed for the 2018 season - thank you to all our customers and staff for your support in 2018 and we look forward to seeing you all at the Wee House during the 2019 season.
We will post our opening dates on Facebook - opening will be dependant on the weather over the next 3 months.

Sue has been having fun this afternoon starting some of the baking for the Santa Weekend which begins tomorrow.
So far we have Christmas Tree Tiffin Lollipops, Melting Snowman Shortbread Biscuits and Christmas Pudding Krispie Cakes!
She is currently working on some gorgeous dark chocolate Florentines and is planning Orange and Cranberry Scones.

Just a reminder for our Santa Weekend at the Wee House of Glenshee, 1st & 2nd Dec
Bring the Kids to meet Santa in his Grotto at the Wee House of Glenshee and receive a free wee gift. Santa will be in his Grotto from 11am – 3:30pm on both Sat 1st and Sun 2nd December.
No booking is required to see Santa and the elves will take children to see him on a first come first served basis, please bring a camera to catch the magical moment. No charge is made to see Santa and each chil...d will receive a small free gift.
The tearoom will be open serving light lunches and lots of home baking and the shop has a wide range of Christmas Gifts for all the family. Please support our small local business.

The weather outside is frightful - so the elves have been busy today getting the Grotto ready for Santa's arrival this weekend.
Remember Santa is at the Wee House of Glenshee on Sat 1st Dec and Sun 2nd Dec between 11am and 3:30pm. All kids will get the chance to meet Santa and receive a free Wee gift. Parents/carers remember to bring your camera!

What a wonderful place to stop in past. Gorgeous strawberry tarts and coffee. Tarts freshly made when you place your order. Also lots of lovely food and non-food items to purchase and friendly service.

Popped in today for a cup of tea. Cracking place, staff are lovely and chatty, the lemon drizzle cake is to die for. Lots of lovely gifts and foodstuff to purchase. My husband thought he lost his wallet and when we phoned they were very helpful. Thankfully we found it in the car after we turned it upside down again.

Huge thanks to the Wee House of Glenshee for their excellent food, hospitality and service when 14 members of the Dundee Wheelers cycling club arrived for a cafe stop today. We will certainly be back 😀😀😀

Discovered this little gem while out for a lazy Sunday drive to Braemar from Pitlochry. The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. The four of us had tea and cones with jam and cream and they were delicious. Beautiful gifts on sale here too. Pretty busy so that tells a tale.
