😔😔 COVID-19 😔😔
This message won't come as a surprise.
I've been going over and over this situation we are all facing for the last few weeks and have decided that with immediate effect, Wellhill Holistics will close for a temporary period of time.
... First and foremost I am a nurse, that is something that has not and will not ever change.
I have therefore made the choice to go back out into the wards and work alongside my colleagues and help support our NHS throughout this crisis.
I apologise to all of my clients, I only hope that you will all understand and fully support me on this. Rest assured this will only be temporary and I will be back at Wellhill as soon as I possibly can.
I am still in the process of speaking to all who have outstanding appointments with me over the next few weeks. Please bare with me if I haven't got to you yet.

🤓🤓 CLIENT INFORMATION 🤓🤓 PLEASE READ ALL 5 POINTS FULLY
1. Appointments..... The new online system is intended to free me up more time to be with all you great folk 😄 I'm sure you'll all can appreciate that when I'm not hands on with a client my head is in my diary so........ When looking to book an appointment please follow the link 😁 I've pinned it to the 🌐 above, it takes you to the portal system/online diary, select make a booking, pick your treatment from the list, you c...an also use the drop down selection menu to select only massage, only skin or add on treatments😀 So select your treatment, your date, your time, load in your details and pay deposit and your booked. You'll also get a text reminder the day before 😉 & a special birthday message 🎉
2. Directions..... I'm finally on Google maps, however type in wellhill holistics Ka184qd and not just the postcode or you will go to the bottom houses 🙈 and yes the road does say closed but its fine to come up it 😊 live life on the edge & go by your own rules 😂
3. On arrival...... If you could please refrain from knocking on the door, chances are that I'm finishing with a client. Please don't rely on other cars being/not being outside. At the end of a treatment, when you're very relaxed ☯️ and you hear loud banging isn't what we want, therefore I would really appreciate it if you could please come in, the door will be open, it is stiff, just push the handle right down, take a seat & I'll be with you as soon as I can 🥰
4. Further info...... If there's anything anybody else is wondering about 🤔 and wants me to put a bit of info up about it please feel free to message me and I'll see what u can do about it 😘

It stayed neck and neck all week so............
Although I don't ever intend to stop my usual length of time for a massage I have decided that I will trial an express massage treatment for those who are in a hurry.
Although my advice.... Life's not a race, relax, unwind and give yourself time to recharge, you'll thank yourself in the long run 🥰

Appointments are available from Monday 23rd March. 🤩
As much as possible can we stick to the booking times of.....
1130, 1300, 1430, 1600 & 1730
To allow for a minimum number of bookings per day please ( eg if some picks 1230 well that 1 booking does away with 2 spaces) this is just until we settle into the new system and I find a way of making set appointment times.
These times are no different to before when I done it manually 😉
If anyone has any problems with the system please let me know.
For bookings with vouchers, please get in touch, remember no deposit is required for these however once the booking is made via voucher it can not be changed.

I'm just about good to get back to massaging!😁
Over the weekend I'll be in contact with everyone, I have about half a dozen spaces left between now and 23rd of March.
... From this weekend all bookings for 23rd March onwards can be made online via the link which I will pin to the top of my page, obviously I'm expecting some teething problems 😂 but fingers crossed it will all go smoothly.
If I can manage to bring this date forward and put in all the appointments that are free up until that date I will let you all know ( I just need some extra hours If anyone has some spare 🙈)

So once the online diary is finally launched deposits can be paid at time of booking.
... Meantime deposits may be paid by bank transfer etc.
