WemsFest is a registered Community Interest Company based in Westbourne. Staging music gigs, the WemsFest annual arts festival and other cultural events.
Wems Fest Description
Responsible for annual arts festival - 2017 will be the 6th one. Also responsible for Emsworth becoming the World's First Ever Red Nose Town (Comic Relief), and the annual Emsworth Beer, Cider & Wine Festival. We promote events throughout the year too. The Eclectic Music Club programmes and promotes music at The Spring' (Havant) and other venues.

After a sluggish start to September things are picking up rapidly !! Oysterband on 15 November is almost sold-out - less than 10 tickets left. This weekend's Beer Festival looks like being comfortably busy and we've the Old Owens Band playing both nights. Steve Harley - you'll remember his Cockney Rebel days - is being lined-up for 2019 following an excellent show last Saturday at the South Downs Folk Festival in Bognor Regis. What a great festival that was despite the weather.
Just a week to go and then the 3rd Emsworth Beer, Cider & Wine Festival gets underway. 30 great ales ranging from Ilkley Brewery's 'Mary Jane' (3.5%) to Green Jack's 'Ripper Tripel' (8.5%, plus live music nightly from 'Old Owens'. We've a new room, a new bar, and new experiences lie ahead !!
