What a fantastic company!!!! Very professional and go out their way to help. Explained everything perfectly so no worrying about anything which is what you need. Made my little girls birthday amazing. Great time had by all the girls. Would highly recommend, very good price in fact they are certainly undercharging in my opinion as the service you get from delivering and setting up to coming back and dismantling, (you actually don't need to do a thing) is second to none. Thanks again will definitely be hiring again!!!

We've just had a hot tub for a birthday BBQ weekend and from start to finish the service was amazing! West Coast Hot Tub went above and beyond our expectations and the gazebo meant we were able to stay in the tub even with a bit of rain. Cannot recommend enough.



The actual hot tub was brilliant and I don't doubt we'll be getting it again! It fit 5 of us comfortably and we stayed in for ages! The best treat ever! �

Just picked up supplies from Hayley to maintain my own hot tub and they were cheaper than I could get anywhere. She also gave me some great advice. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a hot tub or even just buy supplies for your own.

I would deffo recomend this company to hire the hot tub. From start to finnish the people set it all up for you and the instructions to clean it is very clear.We hired the hot tub for my daughters 16th birthday and it's been used lots over weekend and everybody so happy thank you again.xx

Hired out a hot tub at the wkend for my birthday could not fault west coast hot tub hire for anything very friendly and helpful with instructions and was just a message away if I needed them. For the price I think it's excellent as I had it the full wkend and was never out it deffo got my money's worth. Will deff be booking with them again great service �

Had a great time hired the tub for a surprise hen night and went down a treat. Kids used it also and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very professional and great prices thanks again we will be back xx

Great company! We loved having the hot tub for the weekend. Hayley and Greg were great to deal with. From setting it all up on the Thursday to explaining how it works and then collecting again on Monday. Couldn’t be more hassle free. My nearly 2 year old loved it too! They even put up with my wee girl asking “ what’s that” every 2 seconds when collecting!

First class service for our week long hire that I got for my daughter's 13th birthday at the end of June.West Coast Hot Tub Hire were very polite and very helpful throughout the the full week when I had the hot tub.explained everything thoroughly also left a list of the do's and don'ts to cover themselves in case anything happens with insurance purposes.They were at the end of the phone if I needed them for any advice also.i also done my research around all the different companies that were hiring hot tubs before I actually hired it and West Coast seemed to be the one that was most professional.will definitely be hiring again from them.

Excellent service from west coast hot tub hire!I hired a hot tub for the week as I had guests staying.Both the adults and kids made full use of it,we certainly got our money's worth.I'd certainly use this company again.

Excellent experience with West Coast hot tub hire. Great customer service and very friendly throughout the weekend. The original gazebo had blown away due to weather conditions, it was broken and had a tear on the top. I texted the number provided just to let them know, expecting nothing as it's was due to weather no fault of theirs. Within an hour they went to buy a new one, came out and had taken away the old gazebo and replaced it with a brand new one. Couldn't recommend this hot tub hire enough from my experience and can't wait to hire again. Thanks guys!!

Great communication prior to hire. Very impressed with setup of gazebo and hot tub, all equipment was explained in detail and instructions giving on keeping the water clean. Couldn’t fault anything. The hot tub itself was fab, and certainly gave us a fab weekend. Will defo hire (or purchase one if I’m allowed )again! Well done you both xx

Definitely 5***** Hayley & Greg were amazing cant ratw the service highly enough from enquiry to bookong to packing up. They were famtastic & superb prices too. My daughter and friends had a great party and well deserved relaxation for us all too. Thanks again, woyld highly recommend �

Had the hot tub from the Wednesday night to the Monday night for my mums 60th and boyfriends 22nd and suited everyone loads of fun and great laughs! Trying to find the next birthday to hire again!
