⚠️ JOGSCOTLAND CANCELLED ⚠️
Following the decision by WD Leisure to suspend all activities this week, all jogscotland sessions are cancelled until further notice.
❗️ This includes tonight's scheduled Alexandria session!❗️
... We will do our best to start sessions back up again as soon as possible. We will begin again with a new 10-week block, starting at week 1.
Any payments already made for the current block will be retained for the new block beginning.

I have made some changes to the session.
> All joggers are to meet outside at the front of Concord Community Centre rather than the small kitchen area.... > Payments will not be taken at the venue - Please call one of the numbers below to book. > If you have paid and the session is cancelled we will either look to restart the block from week 1 when advised and you will not be charged any extra. > Session will leave at 6:30pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before the start of session.

Beginners week 1 is 30 second Jog & 30 second Walk X 10 and you go at your own pace with support from the leader. If you are unable to do all 10 then not a problem.
