West end cafe is a chip shop

Good portions but batter a bit thick on my fish

Great chippy, very friendly staff, sometimes a bit of a wait but worth every second.

I was quite disappointed for been served a very flat batted small portion of fish, almost like a fish wrapped in a pancake. I expected been a sea side Fish n Chip shop to have a good portion of fish with a crispy batter.

sometimes there chips are hard or not even cooked, there sausage supper you can taste the oil, you can taste the fish sometimes aswell, there curry sauce can be lumpy, but on a good day everything is perfect, the staff are great and are nice

I went to the West End Cafe in March this year and had a lovely Sausage Supper and went back in June and got a Fish Supper but it was inedible the fish wasn't even white it was a grey colour and it tasted horrible I won't be back
