Went there for Christmas dinner this year and it was excellent! We had to wait for the table but with that being said, the service, the food and atmosphere was fantastic! We will definitely be back for dinner soon and Christmas dinner next year. Thank you to all the staff.

Was up on Saturday with family .party of 14 as always friendly staff ,good food bonus with a 40% voucher was very busy but served at a reasonable pace gave you enough time for a wee chat between courses will always go back never been disappointed and been a good few times

Food was tasty, we had lasagne, which was a good sized portion, and a mushroom burger, tasty beyond belief.

The breakfast is amazing,well worth the £9.50, me and my wife had,porridge to start,then a big Scottish breakfast,washed down with 2 slice of toast and tea,and two glasses of fresh orange juice,can a beat it

The steaks were perfect for both my friends and I had the chicken ciabatta which was lovely. The waitress was really nice too when we ordered drinks. We're def going back.

It is a local .nice place to eat and good value for money. I would say though that their menu could be more varied by adding pizzas.pastas and more cocktail choice.

Another enjoyable evening, food and service were as expected and continued the good standards we expect there after previous visits. Had to wait a bit longer than normal but were kept well informed by the very friendly staff. Certainly be back.

This was our first time back for a while, it will also be our last we had a table booked for 7 and didn't get our meal until 750. Yes it was a Friday night but really 50 minutes is a bit ridiculous. Meal was nice but the service was a bit lacking our server must have over heard us complaining to each other about the time it was taking and came over saying our meal wouldn't be much longer but it was still another 10 minutes.

poor food, didn't get the meals that were described on the menu. drinks on bill that we didn't have. Dirty glasses left in room for 3 days. very inexperienced staff.

Ordered my starter and main and a drink, got my starter and drink no problem then when my main meal came I asked for sause as the winter kindly offered, later he brought me the sause I'd asked for then I asked where was my side order that I ordered with my main? Off he went to in his words 'get it' then he returned later with my side order AFTER I had finishes my meal as they forgot about that part, I then asked for the bill, there was an additional charge on my bill for the sause I'd asked for of £1.49, there is no price or this sause is not on the menu (peri peri), I've been eating in these places for 14yrs and never been charged for a sause that's not on the menu (peri peri) JUST CHECK WHEN ORDERING A SAUSE THATS NOT ON THE MENU THAT THEY DONT CHARGE YOU!

Obviously things can happen out with their control but contingency plans should be in place or go to asda along the road & purchase a pack of straws!

I've tried 2 of them and won't be giving it a third chance to go back and try the last option. I don't blame the Milngavie staff, including the chefs - I think the head office need to provide them with better menus and fresher produce to cook with.

Food was terrible waited 40 mins for fpod my son was too tired to eat by the time it came will never eat here again had too many bad experiences and live very locally aswell absolute disgrace

Staff ok but service and wait time was not good. Food quality good but it wasn't hot ....just warm. Disappointed to be honest. Used to work for the company and the staff were totally oblivious to us sitting there waiting 30 mins for one starter......at 5.30 when the place was empty! Only to then wait another 30mins for our warm main courses....very poor. I'll not be back.

Went there for Christmas dinner this year and it was excellent! We had to wait for the table but with that being said, the service, the food and atmosphere was fantastic! We will definitely be back for dinner soon and Christmas dinner next year. Thank you to all the staff.

Was up on Saturday with family .party of 14 as always friendly staff ,good food bonus with a 40% voucher was very busy but served at a reasonable pace gave you enough time for a wee chat between courses will always go back never been disappointed and been a good few times

Visited today for lunch, the staff were very friendly and our server was such a nice person, friendly and funny.



Food was tasty, we had lasagne, which was a good sized portion, and a mushroom burger, tasty beyond belief.

The breakfast is amazing,well worth the £9.50, me and my wife had,porridge to start,then a big Scottish breakfast,washed down with 2 slice of toast and tea,and two glasses of fresh orange juice,can a beat it

The staff are great and keeping smiles on their faces even though they could do with a few extra pairs of hands as it's really busy.

Great value for money on food. We ate off lunch menu where some mains are £5, so we had two courses for just under £8. Fab 👍🏽 Service was great our server was very pleasant and made sure we were looked after.

Great staff, very polite and well mannered ... which is quite a rare thing these days!!

The food was unbelievable!! I had a med/rare 18oz steak ... and it was out of this world!! Cooked to (my) perfection!!!

Based on my visit here, I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

We went for lunch yesterday and its first time I'd been to this one. We all really enjoyed our meals and the waiter Stephen was really nice and helpful. The steaks were perfect for both my friends and I had the chicken ciabatta which was lovely. The waitress was really nice too when we ordered drinks. We're def going back.

It is a local .nice place to eat and good value for money. I would say though that their menu could be more varied by adding pizzas.pastas and more cocktail choice.

Another enjoyable evening, food and service were as expected and continued the good standards we expect there after previous visits. Had to wait a bit longer than normal but were kept well informed by the very friendly staff. Certainly be back.

This was our first time back for a while, it will also be our last we had a table booked for 7 and didn't get our meal until 750. Yes it was a Friday night but really 50 minutes is a bit ridiculous. Meal was nice but the service was a bit lacking our server must have over heard us complaining to each other about the time it was taking and came over saying our meal wouldn't be much longer but it was still another 10 minutes.

poor food, didn't get the meals that were described on the menu. drinks on bill that we didn't have. Dirty glasses left in room for 3 days. very inexperienced staff.

Ordered my starter and main and a drink, got my starter and drink no problem then when my main meal came I asked for sause as the winter kindly offered, later he brought me the sause I'd asked for then I asked where was my side order that I ordered with my main? Off he went to in his words 'get it' then he returned later with my side order AFTER I had finishes my meal as they forgot about that part, I then asked for the bill, there was an additional charge on my bill for the sause I'd asked for of £1.49, there is no price or this sause is not on the menu (peri peri), I've been eating in these places for 14yrs and never been charged for a sause that's not on the menu (peri peri) JUST CHECK WHEN ORDERING A SAUSE THATS NOT ON THE MENU THAT THEY DONT CHARGE YOU!

I was very disappointed with my visit this time, when we were seated we were told that the sweet potato fries were not on the menu as there had been a problem with the order(despite staff wearing t/shirts & various promotion material everywhere for them) , I was also given this same excuse when their was no straws for our drinks, so I ate my lunch with nothing to drink as I never drink out of a glass without a straw. Obviously things can happen out with their control but contingency plans should be in place or go to asda along the road & purchase a pack of straws!
