Terrible bin men

Bin men never empted my bins phoned up ask if they will be done for xmas as that is the bins i need as the black bin is to small nope they will not be done for xmas terrible 5 working days terrible service I hate phoning West Lothian and they gave me two bins I never asked for I had to phone because that means I would have 4 blue bins and they picked them up 2 months after me phong

They flooded my garden. Their emergency helpline useless. When clearly visible it is their responsibility blaming everybody else. The only thing what they can do collecting council tax. Worst experience ever. My lawyer will contact them soon to talking about who is responsible for what and explain them the building/draining regulations.

Up hillside park i fell in the mud because it was that muddy even when it is sunny and has not been raining it is always still muddy stained my new shoes im so angry. The grass needs to be cut under the climing frame there could be ticks. Im so angry.
