Westbourne Music

We are excited to welcome soprano Stephanie Stanway to Westbourne this Wednesday with the wonderful Julia Lynch on the piano. Stephanie is the recent winner of the Ye Cronies opera award at the RCS, and this concert is part of her prize. Tickets on the door, 1pm concert start with 12pm open for coffee and a sandwich.

We are excited to welcome Sirocco Winds to perform at our next Westbourne concert on Wednesday 1st of May at 1pm. This group of alumni from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland have been performing regularly up and down the country since forming in 2012. Their programme features quintets by Ligeti, Nielsen, Muzcinsky and Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue! 😎🎶 Come along to the Merchant's House on Wednesday to enjoy some fantastic woodwind playing!

Having left Glasgow to sing with Daniel Barenboim at the Staatsoper Berlin, we are very excited for Dominic to return and showcase his work at the Merchant's House!
Like Anush, Dominic was also recently in the finals of BBC Cardiff Singer of the World. We are delighted to be able to showcase such talented emerging artists here at Westbourne Music!

When The All Sorts formed in late 2017, they set out to combine their classical training with a mutual love for musical variety. After their Westbourne debut last year, we are excited to invite the Genovia Quartet back for out next concert on Wednesday 31st October!
