I began my massage career in 1993 working in the Spa Industry, taking this work into clinics. Natural progression into the sporting environment in 2011 led to gaining my Gym Instructor accreditation and then began studying Remedial & Sports Massage with Western School.
I have since continued my studies into different types of evidence based massage including MLD and MFR to provide my clients with a comprehensive and individualised programme of therapeutic massage to suit their needs. In October 2016 I began Advanced Remedial Therapy with Western School.
*Our catchment area covers a 20 mile radius from Carnwath (Lanark). Outwith this service area, a charge of £10 will be added to your treatment (maximum 20-30 mile radius). You will be advised of this prior to booking confirmation.
