The level of service at this garage is appalling. Tried to book in my Honda CRZ for a service. Nobody available in the service department to take my query. Receptionist took my details and promised that someone would call back. 90 minutes later still no call back. Phoned this garage again. Again the same receptionist loftily told me someone would call back BUT no-one. Took my custom to another garage who were happy to arrange for my car to be servced. Would give ZERO stars if @ble to do so

If I could give a zero rating then I would. After agreeing a price and paying a £200 deposit on a specific colour of Honda crv over the telephone, then driving 65 miles to sign for the car. Arriving at the showroom at the agreed time only to be told that the car had already been sold to another customer!! Fuming putting it mildly!!! Never again. Still awaiting return of my deposit that had been taken from my bank card!!
Needed to buy a reversing light for my mk1 CRV that I couldn't find on the internet. Went into the showroom and all the staff were excellent in helping and got the young lad (Declan) out to assist in finding the part for my car. A double-check on a blow-out drawing and was told the part would be here in 2 days. 2 days later I got the call to notify me it had arrived. Bang on time, correct part and 100% delighted with Honda (Halbeath). Considering getting the car in for a timing-belt change and automatic transmission fluid change in the near future, so watch this space!
Honda showroom, also does repairs. Friendly staff. A bit out of town and pretty expensive
