Sales staff could use a crash course in customer service as they came across as snotty and were quite unhelpful. They seemed intent on trying to sell me diesel cars with large mileage which I specifically and repeatedly stated I was not interested in.
Furthermore, they offered me significantly less than other car dealers for my current car.

Terrible customer service from the servicing department. Called 3 times yesterday to confirm my service and they couldn't find car on system but advised someone would call back. No call back happened. Called next morning and found my car on system but collection of car for service didn't arrive until 11am. Car not been returned at 1745 so I phone and I'm told sorry servicing closes at 1730 so you won't get your car tonight.
Then it appears back at 1815 by member of staff who lives locally. A phone call would have helped.

Customer care very bad can't be bothered to return calls .booked a service waited 4.1/2 hrs went to pick up car never done service told they would do it right away funny how it to about 45 mins when they state 2-3 hrs will not recommend this place for a service .

Ok, my car was serviced, but now I have a huge and annoying noise on the dashboard of my car. A recall of 30 minutes took about 2 hours and I got the noise as gift. Very difficult to be happy with them now... :(

I bought a used Civic back in February. The experience was overall good. The price was average considering it was bought in the brand dealer. The car is in very good condition given the years it has.

Unfortunately the car came without a service logbook which is a bit surprising for a car bought in the brand... They should have demanded it from the previous owner... I guess it was a part exchange... so they didn't bother... I insisted that I should have one and they finally gave me a blank one after they supposedly contacted the previous owner requesting it with no results...

They also fitted new parking sensors free of charge because after they sold me the car they found that one of the sensors was not working. Praise their honesty for I had not notice anything.

4 stars due to the effort they made to attend my requests after I bought the car, courtesy, satisfaction with the vehicle and new parking sensors.

Not 5 stars because they took too long to do anything, I had to keep insisting... no original service logbook.

Took my car for a service which in my opinion was wildly overpriced (£200) and asked them to fit new tires. They proceeded to scratch every single wheel then refused to pay for the repairs.

Good service when buying my new Jazz. Friendly people and a snazzy showroom. Bought a 2 month old car with 0 miles! Saved loads. Maybe worth asking them about this.

Good place to get a good car from but forget the servicing and mot save your self a lot of problems and go some where els it's a lot less stress full.
