Very poor customer service. Bought a 16 plate car during march 17. the car developed an intermittent electrical fault 2 days later along with a very inferior bluetooth. 3 weeks later I finally handed it back after waiting on a part from Hong Kong? and getting it repaired (turned out not to be repaired and indeed the fault became a danger).
Was agreed that I would get a like for like car but it wasn't really possible due to my car having options which not a lot of drivers select when purchasing a car. Found a car which wasn't really the colour I was looking for but hey ho, I needed to get one quick. Waited a week then was told another car was available in the colour I liked and that would be a further week... So, 5 weeks after buying the original car, 2 weeks after returning it... I am still without my new car (even though I have made the first payment to Kia!!). I am running around in a demonstrator car with again a rubbish bluetooth and have been told that the Manager is off on annual leave and no-one knew that I had been offered a 2nd car... Maybe arrive on Monday, maybe not... I can honestly say, the experience has been horrendous (apart from the sale itself) and I will NEVER purchase another car from Honda Phoenix after I get this car.. I have completely lost confidence in both them and the cars that they sell. I am extremely anxious about the new car having the same fault. I will always be waiting on it. And, if the bluetooth is rubbish in the new car, well, it will also be getting handed back and I will be looking for a full refund.

Would give their sales staff 5 stars....really let down by slapdash servicing and poor financial performance

Phoenix Honda Stirling were absolutely fantastic - they helped me to source a 2nd hand van and the service was second to none. Would definitely use this dealership again. Honest, communicative and excellent customer service.

At my last service I paid for an additional service of the air con, as it hadn't been producing cold air. However, on getting my car back the air con was not working and a horrendous noise was coming from the engine bay. Returned it to be told the air con compressor etc required replacing. Apparently I'm expected to believe no one noticed this was the case when the car was initially serviced. Needless to say I'm far from impressed and I won't be using this particular company again.

Having bought what I believed was a decent car from this particular garage, I was soon to be incredibly disappointed when I found out it was actually a ******flood damaged car******* had the car not had problems within the first few weeks (which was disappointing in itself) I would have been left with a car which according to two independent mechanics could have continued to have problems up to a year after the flood due to corrosion etc. Having had the BMW assist transport my car to the nearest BMW garage (the ECU unit and starter were both malfunctioning which caused the problem with the car failing to start) I found that the warranty was void as it was recorded on there system that the car had been uplifted from a flood hence voiding the warranty however PHOENIX HONDA did not tell me this at the time of purchase (they inisist they were unaware) after many many calls back and forth between myself and the garage over 3 days and consulting a solicitor they FINALLY agreed to reimburse me the cost of the car in full (£32,000) however be warned, this was not before I spent many hours being passed between one manager and another (they have quite a few managers in that one building I can assure you) threatening legal action and pointing out I was well aware of the consumer rights act 2015.. I felt I could not allow others to assume like myself that just because its a large company a purchase is straightforward, in my opinion this company is far from straightforward or reputable. Please be aware before purchasing a car from this garage that you may not necessarily get what you pay for as was the case with my purchase and it takes a substantial amount of patience when dealing with the MANAGERS although in my opinion they should have the extended title of 'incompetent' added as I had the misfortune of trying to converse with these 'MANAGERS' at this particular establishment to resolve the issue and found them to be not only rude but wholly incompetent and unable to make a decision without first consulting yet ANOTHER MANAGER which took even more time in an already stressful and anxious situation for myself the buyer ....
Be aware that consumer law has changed and the garage has a duty to sell items that are
- of satisfactory quality (flood damage isnt quite what I had in mind)
- fit for purpose (its preferable if the car starts)
- as described (no mention of the car going for a swim)
There should be the option to do a zero star
