Helpful manager but awful receptionist. She modified the rate figure which I had agreed when I booked online, after I signed the form for diagnostic. Very rude behaviour from lady. Manager however was very polite and understood the concern and assured that he'll look into it. Wouldn't go there again unless I have to (they being the only Mazda dealer in Edinburgh), simply because of that rude receptionist. I wanted to sign up for the service plan with them, but not unless I hear from the manager.

Modern looking and staff were great. Only issue was lack of parking really.

Sales experience was great - very helpful. After sales took some chasing for an issue, but seems like it is going to be resolved for me.
