Nice and friendly and sorted me out in no time

I purchased a car off Western Nissan Fife. Nice car, nice mileage. However the dealer unnecessarily dropped the ball on preparing the car.
1) The car was not Valeted to any standard having cigarette ash between the upper and bottom parts of seats, crumbs between the seats, in the vents and in opening for CD player, as well as under the mats. It had a film of yellow nicotine on the sunroof glass and had a bad smell of smoke in the car which you guy’s did nothing to try and mask, not even an air freshener.
2) Scratches on the rear driver’s side door and driver’s door were not mentioned in any call and I did ask about dents and scratches and was told by you there were none, and attention was not drawn to any blemishes on the car in video presentation which you did for me. I would have a reasonable expectation that these would have been buffed out at valeting stage as part of your preparation?
3) Front drivers tyre had 2.6mm of thread on it even though I was told by you that any tyre would not come with less than 3mm. Not only that but this tyre was under inflated compared to the other tyres and a different thread to the tyre on the left hand side. A standard I would not be happy about that on a front wheel drive car? Well prepared knowing we had a 300 mile journey home to undertake?
4) On top of this of course we were told by you that we could get a 1 year Pan European Warranty on the car for an agreed price supplied by Nissan UK and when we decided to go for this you discovered that this warranty was only available in the UK? And the follow up call promised by you a couple of days after delivery which of course never came?

When I brought the above points to Scott's attention he was defensive and dismissive. I would not recommend Scott as a sales person and Would watch out for attention to detail from Western Nissan.

Very disappointed with this place. First time my car has come for a service here and glad it is the last as I get a new car this year. Definately not a Nissan. I'm a Motability customer and car was going in for its last service/mot. Was asked on the phone if I would need a courtesy car and I said yes. However when the guys came to pick up car to take to their premises there was no courtesy car. Told them I needed one so they said they would take my car and come back with the courtesy car. I told them they had 30 minutes to do this as its only 5 minutes up the road. No car within the 30 minutes so called them. Was told by one of their staff that I would not have been offered a courtesy car over the phone!!! Why would I say that if it never happened. Felt they thought I was lying. Realised I wasn't going to get anywhere with this girl so asked her to prioritise my car, this was at 11am, it's now 3pm and car is still not back. Emailed Louise Morris with my complaint, still haven't heard back, no phone call or email!!! Wouldn't even give a 1 star for this sort if service. Furious.

I can't fault the service at Nissan Dunfermline -the staff were very well informed and helpful in dealing with all queries,they offered a good deal and were very patient while we were trying to decide. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I thought the service was excellent. The whole team were friendly and I didn't feel pressured in any way. Once I decided to go for my Nissan Juke I was dealt with professionally and in a way that left me feeling great about my new purchase. I have already recommended them to my friends and will definitely use them again in future.
