Forget the other dealers, this place sets the standard. From the moment I booked the service/MOT over the phone the level of professional and helpful customer service was truly excellent. They were open early and I was able to drop off the car before work. They were ready for my arrival with relevant paperwork to hand and keys to courtesy car which was all ready to go. I dealt with Linden and found her to be incredibly helpful and organised. The service itself was completed in good time and they even washed/vacuumed the vehicle. It was hassle free and I left feeling like they had gone the extra mile to give me a good experience. I love my Auris, this just gave me another reason to stick with Toyota. Would highly recommend, some of the best customer service around
