Bought a car from them and was told it would come with a year's mot and a full service, after a day of having the car engine management light and oil pressure light came on, they fitted a new oil switch, 2 days later oil pressure again came on and car was spluttering, took it back and was told might be spark plugs, told them I was happy to pay something towards a full service eventhough it was supposed to have had a service when I bought it. They wanted £150 that I payed as I needed the car for my wife as she is disabled. nothing in writing so not sure if I would have any chance with trading standards,
