Weymouth Canoe Lifeguards provide safety cover for local events in Weymouth & Portland. Offering lifesaving and first aid training along with paddle skills.

Weymouth Canoe Lifeguards provide safety cover for events, such as open water swims, triathlons, sea swims etc. The club is open to all and provides training in kayaking, water safety first aid and lifeguarding. The club is affiliated to the BCU and offers training and assessment to their award schemes. We also can offer training and assessment for NPLQ and Beach Lifeguard through links to other local clubs, trainers and assessors. The club runs regular pool training sessions Saturday evenings at Osprey Leisure Centre, Portland. During the summer months we also have beach session on Weymouth beach, run trips and other activities.
