I know this work of art is from a couple of years ago but it is still worth sharing..I can only imagine how time consuming it must be to produce something as beautiful as this from an old road sign....

Strawberries and cream the perfect summer dessert. Add a little touch of sophistication and sprinkle your sugar over your strawbs with this lovely silver plated sugar sifter spoon and pour your cream from this small but lovely crystal jug...

Lovely colours on this signed teardrop pottery dish by Alan Clarke. Each piece of pottery is created entirely by hand so each dish is a one off. Alan Clarke was a senior designer at Poolle Pottery for over 30 years and designed some of their best selling lines before starting his own studio in Stoke on Trent. From what I can gather I think he has now retired. I've priced the pottery dish at £20. *SOLD*

I know this is a bit of an odd photo but I like it. Mum and I ended up in Falkland today, they have lots of bunting up in the square. It fairly brightens things up and was blowing gently in the wind adding a splash of colour here and there :)

It suddenly dawned on me at 4pm yesterday that I had forgotten to take a photo for today's post and then I realised the sun was shining on the shop making it look rather nice. I hope it shines on it today :)

It's an odd assortment in today's photo but at least it's colour co-ordinated. Wooden egg cups, butter dish, crumb brush and a small laser cut mirror :)

I constantly hear people saying there are no shops in Perth. The new Shop Local guides are now out featuring 63, that's right 63 independent businesses around the city centre. A handy size for keeping in your bag and with a colour co-ordinated easy to read street map you can pick up a copy in the shop :)

Good morning :) I've been busy unpacking lots of new cards, wrapping paper, tissue paper and napkins...
