White Letting

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I got quite mad at how rude the lady over the phone was:

Yesteday I wrote an enquiry for a viewing stating EVERYTHING, who we were, for how long... etc. Today I recieved an email telling me to call the office in order to book a viewing. When I called the lady started to asking questions, however, as soon as I started answering them she started interrupting me saying its not good sharing, and before letting me answer that we are ok with a double and a single bedroom, she said no students and practically hanged up on me. Later that day I called again, hoping to be able to speak with someone else in.order to explain that we are ok with a double and a single bedroom and that while I am a student I will only be a student for 3 more months since I had to ask for an interruption of studied, and that we are both 25, and can even pay upfront. Yet again she barely let me finish and went again with no students, and the new one no paying upfront, and again she practically hanged up on me. Not only she was incredibly rude, but as you can check I wrote all that information in the enquiry.
