Whitesands Equestrian Description
Catherine qualified as an instructor of Ecole de Legerete in Sept 2014.
Whitesands is the only venue in Scotland where people can come to learn the technique on their own horses.
Whitesands takes liveries, holds clinics and teaches people individually.
Legerete is an ethical, classical training method developed by Philippe Karl, ex ecuyer of the Cadre Noir.

Who
I cannot believe the transformation that Catherine made with Archie. At 18.1 and naturally on his forehand it was no mean feat to ask him to change his balance and to work in a more effective way. Catherine's use of Legerete and her quite manner has taken this big boy and turned him into something almost "Majestic". The lightness and impulsion she achieved through this training whilst showing the utmost respect for the nature of the horse was amazing. She took him above and beyond all my expectations. I would highly recommend Catherine and her Whitesands Equestrian Centre and I can't thank her enough.
