OUR SECOND WHITESPACE WOMEN EVENT IS TONIGHT! The Career Confidence workshop is a free event open to all females wanting to break into - or rise up within - the Creative industry.
We’ve got Smile with Susie - a professional career confidence coach - coming in to lead the event and dispense her top tips, plus some networking and one-to-one advice 💜

Hey Ladies,
There are things standing in between you and the creative job of your dreams. And we’re here to change that.
So, we’re back! As a follow up to our successful Open House event on International Women’s Day, we want to open our doors to you once again. If you are female and looking to crack into, or advance your career in the creative industry, then read on...
... We felt a good place to start for our second event was to respond to what you told us at our Open House. Overwhelmingly, while you all have buckets of talent, potential and positive attitudes, many of you confessed that you lack the confidence to go out and seize the jobs you want.
So, we’re hosting a workshop, designed to help you visualise the career you want, and then we’ll help you make it happen.
One of the key parts of the night will be identifying the barriers you have in going for that job, and smashing them. Whether it’s interviewing, CV-building, your portfolio, or even just sending out emails, we’ll be there to help you overcome those obstacles.
The workshop will be led by Susie Eyton from Shamelessly You
Susie is a certified personal coach and speaker with a passion for supporting you to be ‘Shamelessly You’, unlocking the success that comes hand-in-hand with confidence. With a background in Apple, and owner of her own coaching business she is involved with coaching for TEDx, the Princes Trust, Visit Scotland and the Year of Young People. She’ll be bringing both her experience and enthusiasm to help you to shine at our Whitespace Women workshop.
Event Low-down:
The night will be a mix of Susie-led thought provoking, inspiring and honest conversations, interspersed with break-out sessions across the agency to get more one-on-one thinking time about where you are, where you want to be and what you need to make that happen.
It will be followed by an open Q&A session and a chance for a wee spot of networking!
It doesn’t matter if you missed our first event - like last time, this workshop is open to any ladies looking to move forward in the creative industry.
