Friendly staff but there's not much variety inside the store, and online you can have promotions that are not available in store, like 3 for 2 (Sometimes, not a permanent promotion). So, if it's your first time, go there and get to know their products, if you already know, you'll prefer to buy it online.

I am a fan of whittards coffee but to be honest you are probably better shopping online. The shop is poorly stocked with very little selection.

My best hot chocolate place, each time i pass by this shop i have to grab a few of their famous hot chocolate! Totally recommend it!

Busy, usually missing teas, could be more spacious.
