After a great time providing Swedish and prenatal massage therapy, Jo closed Whole Soul Cairngorms in September 2019.

Many people find massage is a great way to relax and de-stress and it can also help to improve the way the body systems work. It can also be useful for helping tired and sore muscles to recover quicker after a day's hillwalking or skiing. We also offer pregnancy massage, which have many benefits for both mum and baby.

Treatments take place in our cosy treatment room in Skye of Curr, near Grantown on Spey, and a range of treatment times is offered starting from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. A full consultation will be taken at the appointment and treatments are personalised to each individual, but popular requests are back, neck and shoulders and full pregnancy relaxation.
