Wholesale Domestic Bathroom Superstore

Shocking. I was injured by a pavement parked van. Was abused & intimidated by the driver when l asked what was he doing blocking the pavement. I called the manager who advised email with info & picture. 1 week later they have done bugger all. Why have l not received a response? Clearly the company don't give a dam about pedestrians. By completely blocking the pavement is illegal & extremely dangerous.

I am looking to purchase a bathroom suite. I certainly wont be choosing this company. From the review's it is clear the customer service is appalling & products are of poor qualify.

Visited this showroom earlier this year for a WC suite and an en-suite shower-room suite. Very helpful staff. Everything arrived on time and in perfect order.

Buyers beware when dealing with this company. Never dealt with company like this before. Characterised with out-dated policies, capped with poor customer service. If you buy from them, your account would be debited immediately but if you require a refund from them, it might take you two weeks to get it and that is if you chase them repeatedly. The finance team are even more customer friendly than the sales and customers service team. Turn around time to deliver is awkward. If you buy materials from them, please make provision for delivery failure in your project timeline.

Delivery arrived late- spent a day in waiting for it not to show, then when the delivery did arrive, a few days later the order (wall panels) were broken. Still waiting on update to what will happen now- 3rd person has just told me they are looking into and they will get back to me.. 2 previous people I have spoken to said the same but yet to hear anything back, and that was 2 days ago.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

When delivering your goods to your house they leave your bathroom on a pallet outside your house! Shocking delivery especially when my mum & dad are in the 70s

Terrible customer service. I was waiting for delivery 2 months and I had to give up their service. They still could not give me what I already bought them. They sold me something what they did not have in the store, and they did not know when they would have it. Im not even buy a piece of a mirror there. Never. They wanna only your money.

Service the worst they say items are in stock take your money then next day send an email saying not available I called spoke to guy greg very arrogant said I'd need to wait for a refund I remembered him that in February I bought a shower and same thing happened and he gave me a refund straight away now he's saying a have to wait to go through a process I will be going to trading standards false advertising taking your money and not refunding straight away there staff need a good training session on customer service I asked for a manager but one was in toilet the other Jamie Ross had left the building ?? They guy greg who I did speak with says he's fed up telling them to get the Web site sorted customers call him all the time , well greg you should be experienced by now how to deal with these situations , wholesale domestic must get great 'Interest ' taking money then refunding when they like SO BEWARE when ordering from there website I will advising trading standards .

My mum bought a shower tray and enclosure from this bunch. When installed, the entrance to the enclosure is only around 300mm and tbh pretty laughable.

When the builder queried this with wholesale domestic he was told basically 'tough' the enclosure was correct for the tray - designed for small people obviously. The wd rep also noted that this wasn't the first complaint on this...yet they still sell it. Anyway we did away with the end panel and now the whole thing looks like a cheapo burst *rse. To top it off, i went to dump the end panel today and it shattered purely under the pressure of me lifting it - cheap seconds quality rubbish by the looks of things.

Had stuff from these guys before and it was 'ok' when you are realistic and appreciate that it's cheap for a reason - crappy noisy taps, cheapo valves, slightly iffy porcelain etc. In reality it's better to spend a few more quid and buy good stuff.

I purchased a bathroom suite last year. When installing the toilet pan it cracked. Upon inspection it appeared the screw hole wasn't moulded properly. I returned the pan to the store but they wouldn't take responsibility. They insisted it was how I installed it which is untrue. I've installed around 200 bathrooms and this is the first pan I've had break. It's also the first time I've used Wholesale Domestic products.

I had no option but to buy another pan as it was a match with the bath and basin.

It would appear to be a classic example of happy to take your money but not accept any responsibility for faulty goods.
