Whatever you do, save your money and spend it elsewhere. I am still awaiting delivery of adequate flooring that I paid to have delivered on Saturday. I made the choice to pay for Saturday delivery as I knew we were going to be home and wouldn't have to waste a day sitting home waiting for it to arrive. The flooring did arrive within the allotted time on Saturday November 11th, however it arrived in a condition that can only be described as diabolical. Not just chipped on edges, which you should expect anyway, but this was full cracks, gouges, splits in the boards, ridiculous. On one package the actual packaging itself is almost non existent. I called straight away and was advised the soonest they could re-deliver was today, Tuesday November 14th. Not ideal as I had a joiner arranged for the 13th to fit it, but I had no other choice. So today has came round, but delivery of my flooring has not. And after speaking with Wickes it would appear it was never going to arrive today after getting 'stuck' in their system, and not being sent out to the courier. So, now I have to waste yet another day tomorrow awaiting delivery again for flooring that I paid to have delivered on Saturday. I have to re-arrange the joiner who was due to come tomorrow again. And I still have flooring taking up room in my hallway that no self respecting company would have ever attempted to sell to a customer in the first place. Wickes' response? 'Our terms and conditions state not to arrange tradesmen until you have received your items'. Total joke. Given that we are 5wks before Christmas and tradesmen are like gold dust this time of year. If it weren't for the fact that Wickes are now the only people sticking this flooring, I would demand a refund and take my money elsewhere. I will never even as much as step foot into Wickes and grace them with my cash again.

Ordered fully finished skirting boards and architive and spent almost 500 quid on them including there 35 quid delivery charge where the driver calls you to let you know he's parked up outside. Some delivery service that is, 35 quid to have to go and practically empty his van yourself. Also the product that came was scratched and in some places there was chunks chipped out of it. Now I bought these, fully finished, purely for the reason that they were ready to be fitted with no hassle, but clearly this is too much to ask of wickes. I call them to be told it would be 10 days to replace the damaged goods as they've none in stock. Having a joiner already booked for the following Saturday this was no good to me, they then said they could deliver out new skirting but the architive would be 10 days and that was the best they could do and asked if I can use the bad stuff as off cuts.. what a cheek! So we eventually came to an agreement. I get the call on saturday morning, delivery drivers outside again. The replacements were even worse than before! Either they don't even check items before despatch even after a complaint has been made or they have terrible delivery drivers!!! Absoulte joke of a service either way, if your ever going to buy from here DO NOT get delivery and do make sure to fully check the product you are buying.

Had problem with the assembly of keter max store it, returned to the store to find out if a part was missing and was helped straight away by Kenny who sorted out the problem with no fuss great customer service and really helpful person and credit to the company thanks Kenny for great service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A SHOP !!! Stock unorganised and every where and when you ask for help finding something its a big hassle.Ordered for next day delivery to be told AFTER i paid it wouldnt be till 10 days later....called to complain and hit with the tough luck pish in a polite way.Also done click and collect before to go down and find parts of the order missing.When i informed them i was told to go see if theres any "UP THERE" pointing up a aisle.....cancelled the order there and then.Should of learned my lesson long ago with this shop.WONT BE USING AGAIN FOR ANYTHING ...🖕
