Wishaw Abattoir Ltd is a medium throughput slaughterhouse with a collocated cutting plant and cold store. The core business activities are provision of the slaughtering services for local wholesalers, butchers and private customers. We are approved for the following activities Cattle (over 8 months) (Tuesday to Friday)Sheep (Tuesday to Friday)Goats (Tuesday to Friday)Pigs (Monday's - except on public /bank holidays this will be either the Friday and /or Tuesday depending on customer demand). OTM's 99-100% are of Scotch OriginAll are fully traceable back to the farm.
