Getting some snatch practice in today. By no means the prettiest to look at or the sharpest technique in the world but it’s starting to come along and with time and patience it can only get better ✅
This is the first day that I have practiced the snatch since my Olympic weightlifting workshop with the @uksca and if I didn’t have @tf_training there today giving me confidence to put plates on the bar I would never have even got near these lifts.....however scratchy they look.

Back Squat 5x5 (90 degrees due to hip issues)
... Bench Press 5x5
Split Squat 3x5
RDL 3x5
Eccentric Chins 3x8
Not the heaviest session but just getting back into after three weeks of being hectic with clients!
Great wee session.....the reason I know that is because I’m walking like I have a clog on one foot and a stiletto on the other 😖
The reason for the eccentric chins is to eccentrically load my Lats to try and lengthen them to help with getting into my front rack position in the clean and mobility within the snatch ✅
