Wm. Donnelly & Co. Ltd

Would have been a 3 star review as while they were quick to come and look at my boiler, I was told the PCB needed to be replaced and someone would be in touch.

In the meantime I found the part for under £100, but when they called me the next day I was told the part was £250. When I pointed out that I'd already sourced the part for less that was me done. She couldn't have got off the phone quick enough.

It's gone down to a 1 star as on the phone the lady said that as they were only here for 10 minutes they'll charge me for a half hour call out charge. I handed over my card detail to settle up only to see that was a lie and I've been billed £90.

Heavy markups, and dishonest. Not great.

5 days after contacting Donnelly to let them know they had made a mistake, I have been ignored so have filed a dispute with my bank.

We picked Donnelly & Co to convert our ensuite shower room into a wet room. I am disabled and needed extra space so allow me to wash. We found that not only was the quality of workmanship excellent, the sales person Patrick showed care and understanding for the problems I was having. With his experience we were able to pick the correct fittings and finishings, which has given us not only a very functioning shower room, but one that we are delighted with.

Our contact with Donnellys, were reference undertaking service on my
Central heating boiler, the engineer came out and spoke about the boiler for about 15 minutes and did not remove the covers and stated that the boiler had been serviced, reasonably well experienced in boiler servicing and a new this was not service, contacted both EON, after some to-and throwing second engineer appeared, and confirmed boiler had not been serviced, boiler broke down a few days later, fixed it my self, second breakdown occurred and despite making numerous appointment the company did not cannot at the time, the engineer stating head office stating he was on his way, engineer confirmed he was nowhere near us, poor poor service.

When the boiler was eventually repaired, it continually leak, after four attempts we had to get another engineer to come and rectified the boiler, the engineer from the other company stated that the condensate pipe had not been fitted, with the other firms engineer saying it would have been easier to repair the boiler correctly and bodged the job as had been done.

The two electricians that came to us today were brilliant. I think it was a complicated job but they completed it in the most professional manner. They were just magnificent. The two boys even wished my daughter well with her pregnancy. I would high recommended this company. Thank you guys.

A big thank you to all at Wm Donnelly & co for the very quick and efficient service given to my parents when installing a new bathroom which was very much needed after Mum's Stroke. Steven & Ross were very helpful and understanding while they were working to get the bathroom finished. Also a big Thank you to Patrick Donnelly for his understanding and patience when out visiting us when doing the quote and of course a big thanks for Mums flowers! They brightened her day no end!!! Had a boiler change carried out by the Donnelly team. Also had a nest thermostat fitted which I am delighted with. Special mention to Colin the estimator who advised me on taking the correct boiler to suit our needs.
