For kids is a beutiful place. But you can find the staff a little bit rude when is your first time here and you dont know how is working the place. I'm not to come back.
And when they are taking the menus from de tables, they take yours even if you are reading or not. To be honest so bad impression of this local!!

Absolutely amazing place for your kids
My 3 year old and I go at least twice a month. He loves it with loads to do, the cafe is so reasonable with a great choice of food. And the staff are so helpful makes your journey well worth it.

Great facilities for kids, plenty of seating for the adults food are drinks are reasonably priced and are well presented. We had the sharing platter which was similar to something you'd find in country, quantity and quality. Staff were overworked during the holidays but lovely. Plenty of toilets. Only major negative is the parking. We had to drive round the block along with dozens of others 4 or 5 times and I have up and went into a paid facility across the road. Well worth a visit though

In terms of soft play for the kids it's good, very spacious and lots to do! Not sure what the part facilities are like here?
One thing they could be doing with changing is their prices for food. I feel they are over priced for what you get for your money. It's school cafeteria food at best.

It really is huge, with lots of variety for the kids. Plenty of chairs and tables for the adults and a good cup of coffee and lovely cakes from the cafe. They also do meals (though I didn't try them) and snacks. The music can sometimes be a bit loud but there are quieter corners away from the speakers..... Can't hide from the sound of screaming children though but noise cancelling headphones help..... 😁

This place is great for the kids and serves good food as well... Alot better value for money than the local soft play area where we are from. We would definitely make another trip to Glasgow just to come here

Described as a "huge" soft play most definitely not huge. No bigger than any other soft play but wonder world is most definitely more expensive the money charged for the size of the play area is scandalous frankly. Geared entirely towards making money and nothing else matters very disappointed and will not return again.

Great place for kids of all ages. Party room was great. My son loved the basketball/football court. Best buying a eat and play package as its far better value for money than paying for the play and then deciding to get food. Coffee and seating a pleanty for the adults

Huge indoor kids play area with lots for the kids to do. Small arcade section, food and drink stall, party rooms available, small separate toddler section.

Can't fault the activities for kids but there is nowhere near enough staff for peak times. At times only 1 staff member overseeing a huge section of play area. Area for toddlers wasn't monitored and lots of much older kids play fighting and running around in it.

Be prepared for long queues especially on Saturday afternoon, in some cases queues out the door with around 20-30 minutes wait.

That aside, the kids will love it! But it's a long day for adults.

Had our 6 year old play and my two older children 13 and 12 joined us after playing in roller stop. They were asked to pay in full to join us. I explained that they were only going to join us to give our youngest time to play more. The manager said how does she not know my kids were going to go and play. I mean a 13 and 12 year old. Ridiculous when I think of the comment. What a ridiculous accusation. Will never return. They seem hell bent on getting funds more than using any common sense. A company that assumes your trying to cheat them out of a few pennies.

Great for kids of all ages took my step daughter age 8 and step son 7 and my son 1 1/2 loved it just make sure the kids have long sleeves and long trousers as some items can cause friction burns.

User

Kids always enjoy a visit to this place aged 9 and a half and 5 and a half. Big enough for big and little kids, there is also a separate section for very little ones.

My wee girl loves coming here. It MASSIVE and loads to play on. Some of the padding is looking a wee bit worn now but no wonder with the punishment it must get.

One of the staff member ( Abigale/Abigail ) needs to be given more training by the management. Her behaviour should be same with all races..... as the kids are involved in it.
