no stars whatsoever i spoke to a woman who was the most rudest person ive ever spoke to to order bits for my gothic arch stove which they still sell it was like talking to a robot all she would say is i dont have any parts when i pointed out that the stove was still for sale on thier websit she said again we dont sell parts for it she didnt have a care in the world and told me id had my monies worth buyers beware of this company you cant even post a review unless you give them at least one star well let it be known i give them nothing

Called this am to get a replacement grate for my country kiln 22. "Sorry but I can't help you the cost of ore has gone to much you will have to see if anybody locally can make you one." I am less than impressed I now have a fire that I can't get spare grates for, with no help what so ever. The fire its self is fantastic. After sales deplorable
