We were delighted to participate in the DYW Tasty Careers in Food, Drink and Agriculture at Thainstone. It was also lovely to meet so many interested young people, teachers and parents. We also formally begun our partnership with The Gordon Schools Huntly and look forward to building a great relationship. Thank you to Clair and Eddie for being great Ambassadors for Donald Russell.

Here at Donald Russell, we recognise that good mental health is vital for all staff and as a business, we are committed to supporting our colleagues and helping us to enjoy life, even when things are difficult. Having a healthy mind and body are very important but we also know that everyone has good days and bad days. Taking care of our minds is equally important to taking care of our bodies.
With this in mind and as it is World Mental Health Day, it seems like a good day t...o tell you that some of our colleagues have recently attended a 2 day course called Scotlands Mental Health First Aid. This course has equipped them with the skills and resources to help individuals who feel they are suffering from poor mental health and the ability to listen without judgement. Our colleagues will be available to have a confidential chat and they will be able to signpost individuals to professional help if needed. Thank you to those who have volunteered to help us all by doing this training.

The latest from Paul Guest, our very adventurous Technical Manager. So we have arrived in Dingboche, which sits at 4410m 🏔🇳🇵
A 10km hike with 930m of ascent in the pouring rain ☔️ Weather cleared a little for the last hour into Dingboche and we are hoping for better weather for the acclimatisation day tomorrow and the final two days hike up to Base Camp ⛺️🏔🇳🇵

We are delighted to tell you that Donald Russell has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Customer First category.
The Chamber of Commerce team of judges faced a considerable challenge selecting the finalists in each of the categories due to the high quality of nominations received. Reaching the finals is therefore a triumph in itself and is a credit to everyone at Donald Russell who works hard to ensure that our customers get the best products and customer experience. Congratulations to all the finalists.

Some fun for a Monday.

Our tremendous Donald Russell Kiltwalkers raised the fantastic total of £3,723.77 for the Princes Trust.
We are so very proud of them all for taking part in this event and they absolutely smahed it!! Well done everyone :-)

Massive Congratulations to our 17 colleagues who took part in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk on 2nd June. They walked over a total of 360 miles between them and raised much needed funds for the Princes Trust. We are very proud of them all! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️👏
