Awful customer service on a Friday afternoon. Was flying to London for the weekend (driving back, long story...). Was looking for a nice bottle of whisky to add to the collection. The two 'sales assistants' were so busy chatting to each other, or trying to target German and Japanese travellers, it was nearly possible to get any help or try a sample. I managed to get one sample served without smiling and was told condescendingly that the bottle was £75. When I eventually managed to get eye contact to try anothwr sample to compare in order to choose my purchase, the 'lady' put her finger up in the air and said "one more and that's it!" So sorry to have interrupted her conversation with her colleague about how hard her shift was, try 12.5 hours in an un-air conditioned hospital ward...
Oh well, I would have bought the £75 pound bottle if it wasn't for your lovely and charming staff.
