Have you ever tried to overtake a car in front of you at a T-junction by going round the outside and then cutting inside of them? Nope, neither have I. To be fair it doesn't matter, the big gas companies have a complete monopoly on you anyway so I doubt we'll be seeing your van on the streets for much longer anyway.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. What should have been a simple boiler installation has been a farce from the start and 4 months on the work is still not complete. Phone calls not returned, no communication between subcontractors and WRB and no follow up on engineers visits. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Contracts manager has completely failed to "facilitate and maintain high standards of works ensuring delivery of a quality product to the client". The "client" was left without heating in the lounge for two months, a garden full of rubble, unfinished plaster work and damage to the property. Avoid at all costs.

Had to chase up errors on the Pass certificate for some time but got fixed.

I have water leak detectors, as I had many leaks from my boiler previously. The alarm in boiler kept going off. I phoned wrb gas and told them I had a leak as alarm was going off. I was told an engineer would get back in contact. Still no call back after 24 hours. My daughter came to my house and heard the alarm. She heard it was coming from the carbon monoxide detector not the water leak alarm. When looking at the detector she noticed it had replace unit by August 2015. You can't replace batteries in the unit as it is a sealed unit. I am a council tenant and the gas was serviced the start of this year. So my daughter phoned wrb gas again through the council access line and said about the carbon monoxide detector was out of date and alarm going off. She was told to keep the alarm for the engineer and that an engineer would be out to me the next morning with a new alarm. After lunch time today my daughter called back wrb gas to say there was still no engineer and alarm was still going off. She was told a wrb gas engineer will be with me this afternoon. I now have no heating :( and no call back after 3 days and the alarm still going off. It could have been skipped yesterday but have to keep for engineer.

Possibly has to be the worst company ever to deal with! Has engineer suppose to be here Monday & call prior to arrival, can't follow that simple instruction & calls when at house saying no one is home, I will come on Tuesday, doesn't turn up on Tuesday, says I will come Wednesday morning, you guessed it didn't turn up! Phoned the office, we will have him to you after 6pm, waited until 8pm no show again! Don't worry the office says we will get him to you after 6pm on Thursday! No surprises when I get home from work there Is a card through the door saying tried to call this morning! Phone the office still no problem is their reply he will be there after 5pm Friday! No show again! At boiling point phone the office again to be told the job was not issued &!nothing she can do, spend 20 mins arguing & asking for a manager to call back, no manager call back but girl state engineer will be here tonight, waited until 8pm again before calling back to be told it could even be after 9pm! After 9pm what time is that for a tradesman to be calling a house at? Girl at WRB now not happy with my attitude, is your company for real? Is this what you call service??????
