Terrible experience, Stay away. Delay, excuse,delay excuse, wrong parts/colour. Then try and blame, saying read the small print. Never again!

I don’t think we will return to this store. Hustled at the door before it even closed behind us. We were planning a change in the new year and the tv advert made us take a look. But the hard sell on the shop floor puts me off. Felt as though I couldn’t take a close look at anything without being approached to try for an order. I don’t like this, and I will not be back, neither will my money.

Helpful and friendly staff. Don't over-rely on accurate delivery dates!

I would definitely not recommend Wren Kitchens. We dealt with Renfrew Branch, yes they do the hard sale where you will lose this great price if you wait until tomorrow. The kitchen is now installed but a few errors were made in the design which they are not taking responsibility for. A surveyor came out to measure the kitchen. When installing, the Hob was to replace the hold Hob to be in line with the existing vent for the cooker hood. It was about 100mm off centre. Also the space at either side of the cooker hood extractor fan were not even, hence a spacer had to be put in between two cupboards to even this out. Again a filler was put in at the end of the fridge/freezer to meet the wall, this was 120mm. We have a drawer and wall unit at the other side of the fridge/freezer of 500mm. 600mm units should have been used to decrease the filler to meet the wall which again would have given us 100mm more worktop space. These errors should not have been made when a surveyor has came out to measure but we actually think it was the designer who made the error. As we are a supply only customer and we signed the list of panels, etc. the is no come back. They are missing the point - the designer made the error, all parts according to his design were correct but it was a shocking design exercise. We have got no where with them at all. Don even walk through the doors. A Very Very Angry Customer.

Very costly place for something that everyone else can provide cheaper if you spend sometime looking for!

Terrible experience with this place yesterday. Wanted to get the measurements taken, so filled out the online form, were called almost straight away and asked to go in with rough measurements before the surveyor came out. Found this a bit odd, but we changed our plans and went out. An hour and a half later and we were still there 'designing' our kitchen (how they can do that with no measurements I'll not know) and then well after the store was supposedly closed, we got the hard sale. Our sales guy went to get a manager to see if he could lower their price, then we were told that the promotion ended tomorrow and the price might go UP if we don't put down a deposit today. But they will match any price we get elsewhere..... Terrible experience, might cancel the surveyor and go elsewhere without taking this further with Wren.

Expensive kitchens and very pushy sales staff - don't expect to be let alone to just browse if you're just starting looking.

Disgraceful customer service. Nightmare installation. All negative reviews are regularly deleted. You need to be away with the birds to use Wren or cuckoo
Rip Off Britain are doing a programme on Wren. Watchdog already have. Enough said
