Great place for a kitchen!! Great sales people not too pushy

As you'd expect, when they want your money, excellent service at the showroom. The electricians that came to fit 2 sockets were rude and unhelpful. The kitchen fitter was most helpful but the finished kitchen was poor. The unit doors where not inline, the hob has been fitted squint, down lights not positioned where we wanted them, the work tops not fitted the way we would have liked. I could go on but I think you'll get the picture. Would I recommend them? If you have the time to stand over them and ensure your new kitchen is being fitted the way you wanted it, then yes, otherwise give 'em a wide berth.

Very poor after sales service, just want the deposit don't care if you get what you actually want

Along with my partner we went to the Wren store in Dundee to view their products with the intention of purchasing a new kitchen. On entering the store we were approached and politely asked if we required any assistance, but said we just wanted to look around the products and quality. We said we werte just wanting to view and entered the displays. Within seconds we were again approached and offered assistance from another sales person. Again we said no politely. After walking about 10 yards this happened AGAIN with a third salesman, and within another few yards we were approached AGAIN by ANOTHER salesman. We asked to be left to view first and asked to be left alone. This prompted abuse from a most discourteous salesman who stated " IF YOU HAVE COME HERE TO LOOK, THEN YOU HAVE COME TO THE WRONG STORE ". I could not believe the abuse, and again asked to be left alone, whereupon the rude salesman then shouted ":YOUR BARRED" and told us to leave the shop. After such abuse we immediately stated we had no intention of remaining. Meanwhile this impudent young salesman kept shouting "YOUR BARRED" Incredible conduct from a salesman ! In case you find this hard to believe, and think we were 'troublemakers, can I just finish by saying we are both retired Police Officers and know how to conduct ourselves and at no time were abusive or discourteous to anyone. IN SHORT, I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE WANTING A NEW KITCHEN, THAT YOU CERTAINLY AVOID WREN KITCHENS ! I sent an email to WREN HQ and asked details of the CEO of the Company in order to complain, but this information was refused despite 3 requests. Surely there is something very dodgy about a Company who conduct their business in such a manner.

Don't buy a kitchen from here unless you want a load of stress. The staff are not trained kitchen designers they don't have a clue what they are doing or how to properly measure a kitchen so it arrives correct . The customer service is a complete farce gloss end panels missing from an order that was the first thing that was needed ,told I'd have to wait 10 days for them to arrive had to go and buy more from Howdens . Wouldn't refund the cost as said that I signed the contract so I accepted the panels weren't needed when in fact the designer made the mistake . Head office customer service dept are even worse the guy in the shop actually hung up on the women on the other end as she wouldn't budge about anything . Just another kitchen company heading for the scrap heap.

Very good service and quality

Disgraceful service. Would STRONGLY advise going elsewhere. measured everything wrong and repeatedly sent our wrong items. Finally had to settle and purchase a new smaller bed to fit the incorrect measured room. This was a length and costly experience. Also, trying to complain or seek compensation is just a joke. Been hung up on so many times!

Went to look at beds but we're changing the bedroom section to something else so didn't get a look, but the shop is nice and spacious and kitchens look nice, will definitely consider when looking for a new kitchen.
