Wren Kitchens (Permanently Closed)

Good service

THE worst experience I have ever had! The kitchen was installed badly and it took months and more than one attempt by Wren to get it right. The quality of the worktops are shocking and even shopping bags scratch them. The customer service is abysmal and no-one ever gets back to you. I am still waiting on them redecorating my kitchen after all the damage they caused!! Avoid Wren at all costs. Terrible.

20 panels for my delivery damaged, mainly doors. Chips, bubbling, scrapes, blistering and just plain mangled edges

I'm now on day 6 after my delivery and have not have one single call back even when promised by managed at the so called customer care.

The photos I sent and that were confirmed and loaded onto the system, so I was told have vanished and fauls note are on out account about manager talking with us when no call was made never mind a conversation.

My kitchen is a building site and I have a young child, builders walk off the job as they can't do anymore. Can't get anyone to give me a date to get them back

AVOID - Don't just take my word for it, google them, I wish I had

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Worst customer service I've ever received, 6 weeks on still no door , 4 delivered wrong and 3 no show lies all the time.

We are currently renovating a house and after much thought and shopping around decided on Wren for the new kitchen.
We have found Miranda to be excellent in branch, great with idea's and solutions to problems that crept up with it being an older house.
She has always been at the end of the phone with any changes we needed throughout the process.
During instillation a unit wouldn't fit due to a mistake our end and Miranda got us a new door sent with no issues.
One door was damaged and it took a quick phone call to head office and a new one is on its way.
The kitchen isn't completely finished but looks fantastic already

There's far, far better out there

Design process was fine; supply, deliver and after sales was NOT.
To keep it short: Island was badly cut and wrong size, store refused to discuss and promise of return calls never happen, basically buried their head in the sand.
Use at your own risk… FYI the appliances cost twice the price you can source yourself.
