These reviews are accurate. Abysmal delivery times, lack of notifications and sloppy customer service. 10 days to receive an 'standard' order. Had to chase by email twice AND only then was given a semi coherent delivery date. If you have all the time in the world to spare and never need to leave your house - by all means use this site.

Appalling. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for resolution to a damage item and I am still going around in circles. AVOID.

Do not use this company, they are a joke, I ordered a set of reclining chairs and they have sent the wrong colours, plus to add nsult they have not delivered on the xpress delivery as to what I have paid for. The customer service team in Livingston are a disgrace, I will never buy anything from this utterly shameful business again. They are crooks and I believe there is some seriously dodgy trading going on here. AVOID & BEWARE!

Awful. If I could give this company zero stars I would!!! Stay clear, expensive but cheap and nasty rubbish. My 3 seater garden swing is broken due to poor quality plastic but they won't even let me pay to replace the one small part because the order was placed by my ex partner... and due to 'data protection they can not dicuss his details' not sure what details need to be discussed... the swing was delivered to my address and all I want is to pay for a replacement part!!! So due to one small plastic piece... the swing is now useless. Kirsty in 'customer service' needs more customer service training. Felt like I was talking to a rather ignorant robot!!

Great customer service team gave me advice on laying down sod for a water logged garden. Shipping was only £4.99 regardless of the size of the order. Ideal.
