Brilliant facilities brilliant staff

nice gym with track and field , showers and toilets , badminton , squash court. Badminton court is in great shape , and gym has all the latest techno gym machines , which can track your progress using a custom key. Although this gym has no personal training available they do offer creation of a personalized program when you join , and it can be reviewed periodically ( every 4-6 weeks ).

Lots of variety of facilities available. Brought my son here many times for athletics. Staff are brilliant.

This is my local gym at home as I am a full time student I only come here during holidays when I am at home. Good atmosphere, great, extremely friendly and happy to help staff who care about their customers and a clean and well serviced facility.

Good venue, good choice of facilities although could be doing with an extra sports hall. Gym fantastic, as is the karate club

Loved taking part in Sky's Sports activity for kids at Craigswood Livingston what a brilliant day probably very sore tomorrow but all worth it to see so many kids with smiles on their faces and doing their very best at all the sports activities. Massive big thanks to all athletes and organisers and ofcource us the volunteers.

Great variety of equipment for different exercises and very rarely are you left waiting for equipment to be freed up for use.

I feel very welcome and comfortable attending this gym and always feels like a good sense of community amongst all the gym-goers.
