Height: 5ft 10 My main motivation to begin my fitness journey was that I was stuck in a rut in general. I've been dealing with depression and anxiety for several years and my fitness levels and strength were terrible. I hurt my knees a few times when I was younger so I had to give up playing football so didn't really have anything keeping me fit. So I finally worked up the motivation to join the gym and take back some control of my life. With food, I am now much more conscious of what I eat. I used to just eat whatever, whenever really. Probably at least a couple of takeaways every week. I still have takeaways just nowhere near as often. Prior to joining I don't think I'd ever looked on a food packet to read nutritional info, didn't really have any interest in how many calories I'd eaten never mind the macros that come with it. Since starting my fitness journey, I now definitely take note. My nutrition now is much better, with some guidance from Lydia Emers my PT, and odd tips here and there from various places I eat a lot cleaner and try to make sure I'm taking on a good level of carbs, fats and protein. My main goals were to improve my fitness, my strength and just to feel better about myself. My fitness is so much better having done a few transformation camps, some with Lydia and some with Natasha Livingstone. I'd recommend them to everyone. My strength similarly has improved loads, I wouldn't want to say I've reached my goal yet, as there's always plenty to be improved on. As for that last goal, I feel like a different person to be honest, healthier, happier, more confident and more motivated.
The staff at xercise4less have been amazing. Whether we're talking on reception, sales staff or obviously the trainers, all of them have given me so much support I can't thank them enough really. The staff make the gym what it is. Lydia has worked with me since my first week in the gym and I've benefited so much from her support, advice and expertise. Natasha too, was really encouraging when I first started joining in her classes and camps. My friends and family have been really supportive, especially since they saw my first transformation pics, I'm not sure many of them thought I'd last more than a couple of weeks! I 100% recommend Xercise4Less, it’s got the equipment I need, the staff are great and helpful, and the members are really supportive of each other. My goal set to achieve in the next couple of months is to improve my strength and physique!

''Intense Leg session today! ... Had Jordan with me today so took advantage of having a spotter to try going a little heavier! Due to aiming for a 1 rep max, warm up was longer than usual. Had around a 15-20 minute warm up instead of the usual 10. This is to ensure the blood is flowing and the heart rate is increased to allow the body to be ready for a greater work load. Worked up to 125kg squat which I failed, so aimed for 122.5kg which is in this post. So still pleased to have gotten a new 1RM''

Morning class's are brilliant great bunch of punters and the PTs are top notch ���

Love the zumba class with Hannah Ross. Everyone is really friendly. Always machines available. A shame no zumba class on a sun morning now. Would like a yoga class.

I attend the gym most days alot of the members are friendly and help out, staff are also very polite and attentive any issues at all and they sort it out. Glad i signed up

I enjoy going to the gym the staff are friendly and helpfull no ques for equipment better in morning as it's quieter

Fine for price being paid & looking forward to new classes being on next month - hopefully kerping the Pilates & stretch & tone classes as the instructor for this is great.

I do enjoy attending the gym but recently stands have been dropping. For some reason certain people find it beneath them to clean up their own mess. This morning some disgusting individual left not only their empty bottle on the floor at the lat machine but they also left a used bandage!!�If you have no respect for yourself have some for those who follow you and for the poor person who has to clean up after you!!

Tried cancelling my membership 3 times on the website ( which seems to be the only way to cancel) still couldn't manage to cancel so i then cancelled the direct debit as it seemed like the only way forward and I am now getting constant letters to my old address about being charged administration fee's. To add to this i tried calling to sort out this mess xercise4less renfrew and they said they would get back to me but i have still not received a call. Also harlands are absolutely no help on the phone either.

Gym has gone down hill equipment is broken or in taters weights are left everywhere this is not an example of a top club. Needs a major overhaul and

A lot of money spent.
