This #WorkoutWednesday goes to Hafsa! She is definitely an example for all of us, definitely a true warrior. Hafsa had her leg amputated due to health issues (Thankfully her health is much better now) the main goal is to build muscle and become stronger. PT Soraya is there help her achieve her goals, and they are on this journey together. #Xercise4Less

Xercise4less you either love this Gym or not.
I joined when it first opened and too this day i can't fault it. The price point and equipment is great so as I say it's worth it, i may not do the classes but that's just me so can't comment on them but If you are new to the gym/exercise as I was ask for an induction and get some free advise before leaping in at the deep end.
My 1st time there loved it made to feel welcome �
Janet's classes are excellent body attack and also really enjoy body pump the times the classes are in at aren't gr8 Thursday not much on after 6 and the mats are in very bad condition and there are limited weights not enough when classes are on the trainers are lovely though and it's a decent gym for the price
Great value for money and always equipment available for use.

What's happening to the timetable with lbt finishing and Saturday morning hiit class finishing too ? Great classes and instructors Antonia and Kirsteen and both leaving it's a shame
I only joined it on wensday but when I went I was left to my own to figure out how to use the machines
I enjoy this gym. I do enjoy being left to get on with it. However, wish their were some instructors more readily available to ask about how to work certain weights. Some of the weight pads need renewing, but that happens everywhere. Lastly although I often see the cleaners some tissue and spray would be good to wipe down machines.
Great for basic weight training, love metafit but could do with more variety of classes. Good for what I want though.
Studio needs sorted. Air con poor, lights broke for years, door broken, mats look like the rats have been at them bars bent to buggery and the weights are crumbling or peeling.
Staff could do with coming out from behind their fortress of a reception desk.
Nice to have a list of classes days times on the wall.

Good gym but every time I'm getting changed a woman cleaner always walks in unannounced. I'm usually standing starkers. I'm sure if i walked into the woman's changing room unannounced and they were naked i would be up on a charge. Just tell the cleaners to shout cleaner or something when they are going in. Problem solved
I go regularly but the one thing that drives me round the bend is the finger print entry system I am totally feed up with this constant getting my pic took time after time big fail just time wasted
The manager there is a utter muppet you call to make enquiries only to turn up and it’s all crap their child policy is a joke. Turns out during their so called promotion it’s not for children when joining after being told this you end up paying £20 + £20 joining fee as I didn’t want to let my son down which is more than I pay and he gets less for his money as soon as I find another suitable gym this will be cancelled. This gym has gone down hill big time since Jackie and the team left .
Stop sending me default emails you theiving cretins. Cancelled 16th May you took last payment 22nd May. You do it to every single person. P.S. Your gym is shite
