Gym is an absolute shambles, broken equipment, freezing cold, walls smashed in with weights hitting it. Grossly oversubscribed, cannot use after 5pm due to groups of 16yr olds hogging equipment. Cancelled membership mid month, never used it again, cancelled DD then get hounded and threatened by third party debt collectors about missing last payment for something I never used. Go to a decent gym, not this shambles.

Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Always to busy. Cannot use the equipment as there is people queuing up for it. Equipment is not clean. They bill you a £30 late payment fee if your direct debit returns but they are able to get a successful resubmission. They have a separate company who deals with the payments. Absolute disgrace. The free gyms that are open by the council are much better, clean and not mobbed!!!

The gym is great value for money, it has everything I need and friendly staff and great Personal Trainers who make you feel really welcome around the gym and in classes. I use a mix of gym sessions, classes, PT sessions and the transformation camp and I'm enjoying it more and more as my fitness improves and I am almost at my target weight. I have made friends and have training buddies and always look forward to going!

Its a great gym, lots of equipment and all in good condition. The staff are friendly.

Great gym, excellent instructors, cracking atmosphere, great selection of equipment as well as plenty of classes. A year ago this rated a 5. Now it toils to a 2 as X4L as a company have screwed so badly with their gym.

This gym has really good equipment & the long opening hours, mean you can go, when it suits you. There are lots of different classes available too & the price means it is accessible to everyone. It's not a 'show off' gym, people go because they want to get fitter & look better. I would highly recommend this gym. The staff are knowledgeable & helpful.

Staff are always friendly, loads of equipment you never have to wait to get on a machine and you feel comfortable going there there is no one looking at you as if you shouldn't be there it's not full of posers

Ive just joined(im a 1st timer in any gym) the staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at ease,thoroughly recommend them

Excellent gym, huge range of equipment (free weights, machines, cardio) also has punch bags, an octagon and a boxing ring.
Unfortunately due to it being within a shopping centre the hours of use aren't great.
