We held our sons 3rd birthday party here and everyone had a brilliant time from start to finish, great set up, nice sized room, good facilities and extremely helpful staff, our party host was always on hand but equally discreet. I can't comment on the food as I catered for the party myself and perhaps not as big as alternatives I've been to down south (climbing tower bigger dive pits with trampolines into them etc) but brilliant for what we wanted. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is for more lighting for the tots session
We had our daughters birthday party at extreme tonight, the kids all had a brilliant time, food was great and plenty of it for them all, a big thanks to Kevin and the team they all made us feel welcome and relaxed, would highly recommend Extreme to any one wanting to hold a fun filled party for there kiddies special day..... also a big Thankyou to Greg who was fantastic with all of the kids ļæ½
We had our daughter's birthday party at Xtreme yesterday and an absolutely fantastic time was had by all.
All the staff we encountered were polite and very helpful. We had brought in decorations and balloons the day before and these had been hung in the party room for us ready for arrival. Tables were also set for us too. The room did become very warm and stuffy though, even with the door left open as the windows didn't open. Perhaps either window blinds or a fan in the room would be helpful, especially for the summer months.
The party host, Lewis, was great with the children and ensured that they stayed hydrated during the session. Thank you Lewis for expertly handling the constant interrogation from a bunch of 10 year old wannabe FBI agents! :D
Visited today for the first time with my little ones, aged 7, 5 & 4 just assumed that if I went on with them then we would all get to go in the one area. This wasnāt the case obviously I found out when I arrived. My eldest would have to go on herself, she was a little apprehensive about this but your staff were so helpful, reassuring her that it would be fine, the lady serving us (sorry I didnāt catch her name) even went and got a lovey young girl who works for yous (Keira Iām sure her name was) to play with her, she stayed with my daughter for the whole session more or less & she was brilliant, made my little one feel at ease & thoroughly enjoy herself as did my younger two in the smaller area. I found all the staff very nice but I feel these 2 ladies they went over & above to make it an enjoyable experience today for my kids today. We will definitely return ļæ½
Took a bunch of girl guides to the park tonight and what a fantastic experience. The staff could not have been more helpful and were just lovely. Would recommend and will definitely be back ļæ½

My daughter Caitlyn had her 9th birthday party here today and it was the best party sheās ever had! The party host Greg couldnāt have been any better with the girls playing on the trampolines with them dancing with them (I have that on videoļæ½ļæ½) just so attentive even when they were all singing ļæ½. All the girls loved Greg. The toddler part was good to for my 2 year old although she was getting a bit bored in there after an hour. Thank you so much for such an amazing day. X

First time going with my three sons, my youngest is 6, so went to the toddler session. And my older boys who are 13 and 15, said it was better than they had imagined it would be. They went to the early afternoon session. Staff are very friendly, and I would highly recommend it to adults or children. Best bit of fun we have had in our town for years!!..

Visited yesterday with friends & our kids.
The 2 wee ones played on the small area for their age. Fantastic idea & free when you buy them socks.
The 6 older kids age ranging from 8-15 had a great time.
It was a change to be able to accommodate all the age groups together while us mums kept watch from the cafe catching up.
My only gripe is the coffee machine was broken š© The girls reply in the cafe was it always breaks, especially when we are busy! Maybe time for a new machine to keep the adults as happy as the kids!
Great fun for all the family. we went as group for a 28th birthday. Just something different. It was great fun. Staff were lovely. Place was clean. Lots of staff on hand. The saftey brief was great. Defo value for money. Would recommend to everyone. just a 4 because, the climbing wall was shut with no explanation. Also they should close the place before they hover etc.
I went with my husband and 2 kids. They had good fun! The hour goes in so quick! I ordered food but half an hour wait and nothing, they had misplaced our order which was disappointing and no real apology or explanation. Bit cold at the cafe area but understandable as the kids will be roasting jumping about! I would go back tho as itās something different š
Ā£12.50 for an hour doesnāt seem like great value compared to other kids places.
The Safety/ terror induction video basically advised against all use of trampolines as there dangerous???
Coffee was like weak dishwater, caramel shortbread had no taste at all.
Very unlikely to recommend or come back.
Very disappointing to drive over from Dundee with 2x11 year olds, an 8year old and a 6year old to be told the 6year old is only allowed on the small area. We looked on the website prior to our visit and it stated āThe Little Xtreme Park for Under 6ās (Space & time limited during busy times) Ā£2.50ā which to me reads age 6 and over can access the bigger area as she isnāt under 6! A sign in the actual trampoline park next to the small area also states children up to 6 years can bounce in that area which again to me reads under 6ās and she is 6! Your website and signage are very misleading and resulted in our youngest not being able to enjoy the visit with her older siblings!
Wouldnāt want this to happen to others!!!
Had to stand for 45 minutes, so did many others as all the seats were taken. Not really acceptable.
Some bullying kids in dodgeball section which u could see wasnāt supervised (wouldāve thought this was an obvious supervisory area) so my niece got hurt and so did several other younger kids.
Itās very dark also & much higher levels so hard for parents to keep an eye on whatās going on, so u are relying on the sparse staff.
Think Iāll stick to Jumpstation, which is a shame as thereās not much in Fife and I was quite excited about this when I heard about it.
After arriving at 2.45 and being told the toddler area was just being cleaned and would be ready in 15 minuets we were prepared to wait, with a very excited little girl (and 7 month old baby) it took till 3.30 to get in!! We werenāt offered anything while we waited, no one came to update us of times etc or even apologised about the wait!! Surely you should clean the toddler area between 1.30 and 2.30 while the toddlers are allowed on the big bit ļæ½ while we were waiting another two families gave up and left!! Shame as once our little girl was on she did enjoy herself!
