YAY yogis on Thursday - we were exploring an ancient Chinese fable ‘The Magic Paintbrush’ learning about the perils of greed and the advantages of generosity! If you’d like to have some ‘FAMILY YOGA FUN’ then why not come to FAMILY YOGA TIME this coming Sunday 17th March, 3 - 4.30pm at DUFFUS HALL. This is such a beautiful, happy, positive post that I had to share it. Having, a wonderful sister Sally, with that little bit extra, I know first hand, the joy she brought to our family and to anyone who met her. Sally has now sadly passed away but I live by many of her lessons - to be kind, generous and love!

YAY yogis having fun yesterday! They liked my new hat 😂🙏🏻😂🌈. We worked with one of my favourite books “A balloon for grandad” by Jane Ray. We had lovely discussions about grandparents and where they lived in the world and being kind and thoughtful - this is a very special group of children - I feel so privileged! 😍😍😍 www.yayoga.co.uk
