Yirajetango Description
Tango is a beautiful dance that has nothing to do with rationality and reason, but everything to do with feelings. That is why our teaching methodology focuses on creative and communicative aspects of tango.
Teaching methodology of Yiraje Tango has been carefully designed throughout 15 years of experience.
Students are encouraged to learn tango unrelated to dance levels or gender roles. Leaders and followers are encouraged to change roles while dancing in order to develop comprehensive understanding of dance expression, communication through body movements and creativeness.
Learning to dance tango develops in interaction between the group’s knowledge (students) and the dance teachers, who propose a movement and then encourage students to explore, analyse and interpret it further.
