Yoga Dundee - Breathe Baby Breathe

Excellent teacher, caters to all levels of experience and ability. Had done bits and pieces of yoga previously, but have learned a lot through Sharon's classes.

Sharon is a fantastic yoga teacher, started a few weeks ago but already learned so much, couldnt have done it without her encouragement. Recently been diagnosed with arthritis and already feeling the benefits of yoga.

I love Sharon's yoga classes- she is patient and encouraging, and I have improved hugely in the time I have spent under her tuition.
