i agree with david the place is very well presented but the staff are the most unhappy people ive seen the sloppy service and the way they talk to there customers is a disgrace i was there about a year ago and was served by a nice young man whom had started i bought 2 big t bones they were fantastic and his customer service 10/10 i used it about a week later and found he was let go and ive not used the place since i go to scott brothers always on the ball yorkes disaster zone swerve

@michelle todd how dare u call me a troll as i am entitled to my opinion like everyone else so am gathering u must either work for this shambles of a company as u are the only one to give it 5 stars its pretty pathetic that after the bad reviews by 3 people it now gets 5 from yourself this place is a disaster i know facts about it as in a friend of a friend works there and i know they butcher venison without the proper certificates to do so call me a lier thats the facts am sorry i dont like the shop the way they treat staff is shocking so u have your opinion and i will have mine
