Giving one star because there is no other way to go less than that! Absolutely substandard food and service. The guy at reception had an attitude, okay ignored it but the food was equally disappointing. Too salty to even put in my mouth and everything under cooked.... Don't go anywhere near this place...

Dreadful. Waited almost an hour for delivery on a Tuesday and when it came it was freezing cold. The soup was unseasoned, the chicken fried rice was overdone with hardly any meat in it, the lemon chicken was dry and chewy like it had been microwaved and the shedded beef was chewy and unpleasant, not crispy at all. To top it off they forgot our prawn crackers. Whole meal went in the bin, I won't be back!

Ordered crispy beef it come in a bowl of water soggy tasted horrible don't go to this shop customer service is the worst food went in the bin waste of money horrible place

Disgusting.First time we've ever had Sweet and Sour Chicken Cantonese style with absolutely no vegetables.Crispy shredded chicken was soft and chewy,and tasted strange. Despite asking for all the chicken to be extra crispy as I had a long way to get home,I got the response that "all our chicken is already crispy", but they obviously don't know the meaning of the word.The chips were brown and looked and tasted like they had been cooked four times,interspersed with pale undercooked ones.YUK YUK YUK.Will never go back and would recommend you avoid this place like the plague.I'm about to phone them and tell them this and demand my money back,will happily give them back the food.Oh sorry,can't-I threw it in the bin and wouldn't even give any to the dog,I love her too much.No doubt will be met with further bad attitude,but their loss.

Ordered a meal for 2 people and tipped the driver. After taking the food it it was aparent part of the order was missing. After phoning up and asking they had no idea of what id actually ordered and said i had ordered chicken chow mein which i had nor did i recieve! They told me that if i wanted the missing part to my order i would have to pay again! They had no clear system to recall completed orders!

Voice like a fog horn chicken tastes funny apart from that good food would recommend

Placed my order and was told it would be 40 minutes and one hour later I called back to be told it was out for delivery and they called me back 10 minutes after that to say my order essential made up that the lost the order I will not be going back.

Perfect most of the time defo recommend, only messed me about once but out of the times I've ordered its no to bad at all

I waited 2 hours for a small delivery to my house from Dalkeith to Woodburn which should take 5 minutes to drive to and from, the staff were very rude on the other end of the phone and when I phoned they said the delivery was only leaving the shop after 2 hours and they had already said an hour before they it had left the shop so I don't recommend a delivery , when it came it was cold and also they hadn't gave us the full order that we asked for , there was unnessary chillies and onions in food that shouldn't they shouldn't be in and my friend is allergic to chillies when she swallowed it so she got a fright as she had an allergic reaction

The food was okay to eat but tasted like it was all reheated. Customer service was absolutely disgusting. No manners when talking on the phone and horrible attitude.
